It would be useful to see an overview of everything that has been added to a backdrop site, in one place. The report could include lists of things like content types, fields, user roles, taxonomy vocabularies, etc, and maybe also their state (either custom, overridden, or default).
I've been creating estimates for upgrades from Drupal 7 to Backdrop CMS, and have been making these in spreadsheets, by navigating to different places all over the UI.
Having such a report would be really useful in helping people understand the current complexity of an existing site.
