Allow install profiles to define dependencies other than modules

Install profiles can define dependencies: modules that are required before the profile can be installed (see https://www.drupal.org/docs/7/creating-distributions/how-to-write-a-drup...). I'd like to suggest allowing dependencies to cover other types or projects as well (e.g. themes and layouts).

Thanks @DanM! I'm glad to know it's useful and being used. I believe I ported that one for a potential project years ago, and I'm not sure I actually used it on the project! :)

Zurb: twentytwenty module

There was indeed a field.field.field_embedded_video.js in it. Deleted it and the bug is gone. Last thing i was thinking about was doing a server search... Epic answer! Thanks...
