Allow tokens to be used in the default value of fields.

I am closing the respective issue from the contrib module queue (https://github.com/backdrop-contrib/token/issues/2) and moving it to core since token is planed for addition to core soon (in 1.1.0). - Respective issue in d.org for D8: https://www.drupal.org/node/1070878
