Bulk delete taxonomy terms

I can't believe there was no issue for this already (at least that I could find)!

When viewing the terms in a taxonomy, there's no way to bulk delete them: /admin/structure/taxonomy/[vocabulary-name]

My "unexpected shutdown" turned out to be my VPS Host replacing the kernal - they shutdown then restarted the server.
