Sorry, I can not find the config like it is at Drupal: admin/config/content/ckeditor/edit/Advanced admin/config/content/ckeditor/editg

Was going to change skin etc.

I was under the impression you could not do that - don't know where I got that idea from... thought it had to do with the way Backdrop manages image files.
