CKEditor5 Sections

I know we're still on CKEditor 4.x, but I just saw this demo video of the CKEditor5 Sections D8 module, and I liked the editor experience. I'm adding this issue as a placeholder, to consider once we move to CKEditor 5.x (which I realize we may or may not do, and that there is no ETA - see #4122 for that).
