Create a list of all entity types under Reports.

We already have /admin/reports/fields and #449 is in the works. I think it would be useful to also have a list of all entity types and their bundles. For D7, there's the contrib Entity Type Browser:

It is a field containing a link to another site. 'Enlarge'? I set it to 200 chars, but I need more. Reason is to put all centers for one person into one field instead of an unsorted list....
