Layout: path condition with a subdomain

Environment: Backdrop Version 1.1.2 with the Bartik 1.1.2 theme I want to suppress the header block for a specific subdomain, so I added a condition:

Current path is not "http://opihandy.vtadtest.de

where opihandy is the subdomain where the header should not appear, but nothing happens, is this a bug?
