Prepend the content type name in the "Permissions" vtab permission names when creating a content type.

Can we have this work the same way we display the machine name as the user types the display name. So instead of "Create new content" the permission name would be "My custom content type: Create new content" (similarly to how the rest of the content type permissions are shown in the permissions page).
