Put Backdrop JS Object at the bottom of the HTML Document

It's a small SEO win, the less characters the spider has to go through before real content comes up, the better, and that thing can get fairly large.

Also, I think it looks gross and in a perfect world I like to be able to brag about my "View Source's" appearance (pushes up glasses)

@quicksketch is there any technical reason we shouldn't do this?
