Replace user signatures & pictures with fields

I guess these are left-overs from the Drupal 5 era? Anyway, we have fieldable entities here, so using fields for these attributes will simplify management, access, display, code and will only add options to site developers.

We should provide a decent upgrade path, though.

If you haven't already I recommend installing Mail System and MimeMail. The latter will help format emails as HTML and first helps with configuring which module will handle the formatting...
