Security: Consider adding an option to load public forms through AJAX.

This idea was brought up in https://github.com/backdrop/backdrop-issues/issues/1169#issuecomment-139... by @sutibun:

Loading comments via AJAX is a better idea. Anything using JS is a better implementation because bots have a harder time with them.

The Antibot contrib module does this.

I think maybe the problem is with CKEditor stripping the tags - it can be more aggressive than what you would expect from the text format settings. I copied your examples into an example page...
