Security: Consider adding an option to load public forms through AJAX.

This idea was brought up in https://github.com/backdrop/backdrop-issues/issues/1169#issuecomment-139... by @sutibun:

Loading comments via AJAX is a better idea. Anything using JS is a better implementation because bots have a harder time with them.

The Antibot contrib module does this.

How often is the settings.php loaded.

You might need to add a Relationship in the View to Flags. Or there might be a setting on the content type. I can't recall for certain but I think it's possible.

No Flag fields in Views

Try using caching in the View settings, set to 24 hours. This should work for anonymous site visitors.
