Seventy two theme

Description of the need

Seven is many years old now. We may not have the resources to do a full theme redesign.

Proposed solution

Consider the option to attempt to "modernize" Seven. Just change colors and contrast, sharpen lines, subtle font change, etc so we dont need to do a new theme totally.
