[UX] Add the ability for default layouts to be cloned (like views).

Simple: a user might not want to start completely from scratch and it might be more convenient for then to clone an existing layout and edit it.

Thanks for responding. I was expecting that it be relatively easy to manage overlay layers (not the base layers that are indeed controlled form the Leaflet More Maps module's settings page)....
