[UX] Add a "Used in" column that shows layout(s)/region(s) where each menu is placed.

This is an idea that was mentioned in #1278 and could be part of the #1839 meta-issue...

BTW, this is still a problem in the D7 version (despite what that issue said), so I'm not sure this is possible. I'll have to look more closely into it.
