[UX] Admin bar: allow search results to be selected via keyboard up/down buttons.

The goal is to start typing a search string and once the desired result is among the returned results, use the up/down keyboard arrows to move to that and finally press enter to go to the link.

How are you generating the View? There are a few ways to do it... but it depends on how you generate your View. Are you using Contextual Filters? You could use the "no...
