[UX] Allow the label (perhaps machine name too?) of fields to be edited straight from the "Manage fields" and "Comment fields" tab.

We'd save users a few clicks if all they need to change is the label:

It seems that while the summary field does not have a WYSIWYG editor. It does have the same text format as the main body field.  Cutting and pasting content from the body field does not...

Short answer: yes. We are monitoring it for core. And if there are relevant contrib updates we contact the contrib maintainer. Some of the updates in that feed actually originate...
