Describe your issue or idea

I'm willing to be convinced that this is a bad idea, but at the moment I'm wondering if it would be UX win to be able to drag-and-drop blocks from the front end. Perhaps:

  • a small 'crossbar' handle right next to the contextual link icon when hovering
  • drag and drop block in a different location
  • message appears with appropriate messaging about how this affects all pages that use this layout, with a "Save changes" confirmation button
