[UX] Branding and Version info on Installation Screens

It will be good if we could provide Version Information on the installation screens, so that users can have idea of which version they are actually installing.

Also it is good to have subtle branding on the screens.

Good to hear you have sorted it. We haven't seen anything similar, so hopefully that is a one off.

That fixed it, must have been something odd when the database was imported.
