[UX] Change tags field display to use 'tag blocks' when entering tags

I think it would be a big UX improvement on tags fields to use something like this (styled a little better) instead of plain text comma-separated entry:

I read several times, I did not understand what you want to do. Perhaps this is my problem. But... Each Content type has own creation form - '/node/add/content_type' (see page '/node/add')....
