[UX] CKEditor: autocorrection.

I don't know if this is a CKEditor bug or a setting that can be enabled or an addon that needs to be installed, so tagging as both a bug and a feature request. It would help us avoid typos when publishing posts about new releases (I got your back @quicksketch :wink:)

Thanks. Would you please file an issue at https://github.com/backdrop/backdrop-issues/issues? The idea there is to say that a site that uses a DB prefix defined in the simplified database...
