[UX] Decide when to add 'block' to the end of block admin titles, and do so consistently.

Do all these blocks need to end in the word "Block"? Some items include it, some don't. Is it worth being consistent? If not, should there be guidelines when the word 'block' should be included? Custom on it's own certainly isn't descriptive enough. Is Hero ?
