[UX] Fix pager styling on mobile

The pager styling seems totally broken with too many page links causing it to wrap into a second row. We should perhaps show less page links on mobile.

Yes, you can use TinyMCE on some content and CKEditor5 in others. There is no problem having both enabled on a system.
