[UX] Let site builders add a new image style whenever they're selecting a style to use

Once again, a "put things where people expect to find them" or "connect the dots" thing:

Yes good point on the allowed tags , however on trying it i hit a couple of issues... If i added the tag  or even  it would still remove it when...
