[UX] Mobile project browser: make search result filters better for mobile

Original suggestion from @klonos :

Convert the "Sort by" list to a set of a dropdown menu and a ascending/descending order toggle (which can be icons). Keep all this in a single line.

@ian Let's try to stay on the rails here. As the project page, https://backdropcms.org/project/bee, says: "Bee is a command line utility for Backdrop CMS." It is equivalent to drush. It is not...
