[UX] Swap tab order of "Export" and "Import" config pages

It seems to me that the Export pages would be more important, because most of the time people will need to have an export before they are able to import. - Should that tab come first? - should we also rename the menu titles X Export/Import to match?

~I wonder if the tabs on the Import/Export page tabs are in alphabetical order~ e comes before i so I'm redacting this thought :)

A quick idea: did you use "Address" or "Address field"? Important difference. Because if you used the latter, I'd suggest to get that out of the mix. Its maintenance is... ehm. And yes,...

I'm surprised the problem did not reproduce for you. I didn't use Geocoder. I hardly ever do, unless I need proximity search. You did a lot of things I never do with Leaflet...
