[UX][WP] CKEditor: Add word count

This is part of #1388, since WordPress has this out of the box:

wp-text_editor-word_count

Note: remember to add these 2 modules on the list in https://backdropcms.org/user-guide/features-added-core once this is implemented:

Hi Jochen You could test https://github.com/backdrop-contrib/commerce_invoice_receipt which doesn't yet have a release, but may meet your needs when combined with other modules to generate...
