Views advanced settings: Only one page region, but still a drop-down.

Can we have it so that when there's only one region available, there is no drop-down menu. In fact, I don't know if it makes any sense at all to have it as an option since it's the only option:

views_advanced_settings-only_one_page_region

I'm also now getting a 403 when trying to access admin/reports/updates - it seems to be Backdrop generated but there is nothing in the Recent Log messages other than my login as admin...
