@amilenkov - Thanks for the "reset to alphabetical" suggestion. However, it does not solve my problem. This reset reorders the tags in the list of available tags, however it does not change the order...

Interesting, that's food for thought. Using a key to mark a block as "movable" and then you can navigate to another place and drop it by hitting another key? Did I get the idea right? A curious...
