I am experiencing difficulties with the Field group module . It appears that after creating a "DIV group" or any other group that permits fields to be nested beneath it, the crosshairs are unresponsive to drag-and-drop actions. Regardless of the type of group I create, I am unable to nest any fields successfully. If anyone has encountered a similar issue and knows of a solution, I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

In the second snapshot, this doesn't look like Seven's Manage Fields UI. Have you made lots of changes to the theme itself (including changes in CSS)?

Can you please test with a "virgin" installation of Backdrop and seven, without any modifications?

Hi thomas.

Are you saying this is happening in the "Manage fields" UI, where you create and move fields? I'm trying this on a clean installation with Seven as my admin theme, and the dragging/dropping of fields seems to be working ok for me.

Can you post more details about this problem? What admin theme are you using? What browser? What version of Backdrop?

Also, can you open the browser's developers console and check if there are any javascript errors on the page where this is happening?

i have the latest backdrop version . The browser's developers console gives just one error . see photo .I use Chrome browser . Also using other browsers doesnt fix the problem . Moving fields and trying to drag them under a tab group is not working in the "manage fields " section of my content type neither working in display section of the content type. Only dragging vertically is possible , no nesting .
