For the Outreach meeting, I'd like to talk about:

1) Debrief Backdrop LIVE - feedback and ideas for next time.
2) Schedule the next Backdrop LIVE
3) Setting up an Outreach committee

Since I'm not getting any answers in Zulip or the issue (see below), I'd like to pose the following questions to the DEV meeting attendees:

  1. What are the security implications of the Administer fields permission?
  2. What are the security implications of the Administer tests permission?

Once I know these things, I can finish the PR for https://github.com/backdrop/backdrop-issues/issues/5536.

UPDATE: Nevermind, Nate replied in the issue so I've finished the PR and it's ready for review (so nothing to mention/discuss in the DEV meeting).
