Hi all,
I have been successfully able migrate most of my site from Drupal 7 to Backdrop CMS. I was wondering if there is a scalable yet a sustainable way to migrate users and their passwords from Drupal 7 to Backdrop CMS. The reason I am asking this question is because since I would like to preserve users' passwords so that people would not have to change/reset their password once we are fully on backdrop CMS. Any suggestions?

Hello @Venky 👋,
When upgrading the D7 database to Backdrop, all users/passwords are preserved. Can you please explain what process you have followed to move from D7 to Backdrop?
There is the module User Import which imports "users into Backdrop from a CSV file" and seems to have an option to import passwords.
See also the module wiki at https://github.com/backdrop-contrib/user_import/wiki which says:
