That module has never had a Drupal 7 release and consequently doesn't have a Drupal 7 branch. Porting modern Drupal only modules to Backdrop involved re-writing it so it tends to take a lot longer than a comparable Drupal 7 port. I'm not saying you won't get any takers at that price, but you might struggle.
