I guess I have done the wrong thing, I uploaded the whole backdrop 1.30.2 directory through ftp to update my site, then my site is gone, its showing the installation page when I try to access my site through browser, please suggest how to recover my site, Thnks

Do you have a backup of your settings file?
You will have overwritten your settings.php with the default one.
If you do not have a copy, you will need to enter your database connection details in the settings file... fingers crossed that should restore your site.

I re-enter the database details into the new settings.php. then I got this error on the screen : please tell what should I do ,Thank you

I can see there is a folder call "files/config_34482799b43552c624393b0af7328c5f" in my site directory, its different with what showing in the error message "files/config_8837a1001a38b8eff80150c8311c45e2"
I manually changed the name of the directory from config_34482799b43552c624393b0af7328c5f to config_8837a1001a38b8eff80150c8311c45e2, my site just come back, thanks
