This is an old Drupal trick (similar to the old Jedi mind trick) but I can't find the how tos anymore!
I'm going to add Flexslider to a new Backdrop site. I want to overlay text and links over the slide.
How do you do that again?!

@yorkshirepudding, In the end I fixed it by deleting the config/active folder contents, copying the config/staging/ files into config/active, importing the database again and clearing the caches...
