the correct syntax is
$form['#attached']['js'][] =
backdrop_get_path('module', 'mymodule') . '/mymodule.js';
I have confirmed, that using the method $form['#attached']['js'] stops the webform.js from loading.

Statistic module is on, but Views doesn´t have that sorting option, did you find a solution in this 2 years? or is there another way to achieve this?
