Views provides a way to setup tab menus but it can be difficult to set it up so it works properly.
For example if a view has two pages: "foo/info" and "foo/news" with each of them to show as tab menu items and the first as the default that will also show on the path "foo".
The information at https://docs.backdropcms.org/documentation/advanced-views-configuration is not very clear on how to do this.
The way to make this work seems to require following the steps described in a very old Drupal forum post, https://www.drupal.org/forum/support/post-installation/2008-06-20/views-menu-tab-and-default-menu-tab#comment-1695056
you still need to create one more page tab:
parent page: path = profile and no menu entry
tab1(default): path = profile/members and checked default menu tab. Then checked parent item already exists.
tab2: path = profile/members1 and checked menu tab. Then checked parent item already exists.
Doing it this way, with an extra view page with the path "foo" and no menu entry and another view page "foo/info" with default menu tab along with the view page with path "foo/news" as a menu tab, works and the tab menu items are displayed.
It just seems messy having an extra view page just to make the tab menus work. Hopefully, there is a better way that someone can explain. Thank you.

If there is no response, alternatively, you can use a View with a list of comments, with a filter based on the comment text. I haven't tried it myself, I just got an idea.

Sounds maybe like something is caching pages for all users when it should be caching per user -- just a wild first guess. (If this was so, she would have gotten an error if she tried to click on...
