That's very strange @Jose, do you have any browser extensions that might be causing the change of link color? Have you tried a different browser to see if the problem is the same?
What's missing there is the dropbutton, which is rendered by Javascript. Have you checked the browser's console for Javascript errors? Also check the site log just in case.

I had this problem with the Views Bootstrap Module.
Apparently, the Bootstrap theme conflicts with the admin theme.
