I two am having the same issue as @anovac! The dev and beta sites both update with no issues to 1.30.2.

The old D7 style for database credentials will also work.
After deploy, site goes to myurl.xyz/core/install.php

The database connection settings have been simplified in recent releases, so may look a little different than what Steve mentions (which should still work, if you prefer that format). See here...

@stpaultim doesn't https://github.com/backdrop-contrib/addressfield work for you?
It doesn't say in the module that it works for Webform as well. Maybe this module needs to be ported https://www.drupal.org/project/addressfield_tokens. It mentions that it adds Webform support.
