There are a lot of topics for today, but these two would be important:
1. AI policy
The draft ist mostly the same as back in May. Any chance, it will get finalized soon?
2. How to sunset a contrib project
This probably needs some work on multiple ends, but is it already clear, what we need and how it should work? And what this looks like for site admins? Again sort of a "policy".

As for a policy, I agree.
