Sorry if I'm missing something obvious, first time trying to take a backdrop site live.
Anyway - like the title says, after moving from my local WAMP setup to a live host, the only page I can access is the home page. Everything else shows 404 errors, including /user.
Testing mod-rewrite things seem to work just fine, so I'm not sure what else I might be missing?
Any suggestions much appreciated.
It looks like this is not the problem, but just to be sure:
Are the aliases set up as relative links or are they hard-coded absolute links to the path used on your local site?
relative link = /blog/posts/how-to-post-a-photo-of-your-kitten
absolute links = https://localhost/blog/posts/how-to-post-a-photo-of-your-kitten
Thanks for the reply, but they're all relative links. Again, 'native' links like /user/ are also appearing as 404.
UGH. Ok, I'm an idiot. For some reason the .htaccess wasn't getting overwritten with FTP, but I deleted and re-uploaded and it's working fine.
