Steve: I think you got this feedback elsewhere in another discussion, but for the record I'd like to clarify here that one does NOT require permission to port a module from Drupal to Backdrop CMS. However, we do encourage folks to contact the Drupal 7 module maintainer as a courtesy and invite them to help with the port or at least inform them of your intention.
UPDATE: I fixed the errors that I found in the logs. They were related to deleting an old blog content type pulled over from Drupal that was still referenced in one of the layouts. I updated...
Hmmm... this sounds like a bug with Copy Blocks. Would this possibly be related:

Also this error: Warning: Undefined array key "blog" in summary() (line 63 of /app/core/modules/layout/plugins/access/entity_bundle_layout_access.inc).
I did recently delete an old blog...
I don't see any errors in the browser console, but there's this error in the logs
Warning: Trying to access array offset on null in summary() (line 63 of /app/core/modules/layout/plugins/...
What's missing there is the dropbutton, which is rendered by Javascript. Have you checked the browser's console for Javascript errors? Also check the site log just in case.

I've just downloaded and converted with the Coder_Upgrade module and the D7 uc_feeds module and it worked... Yeah me!!!!
I'll look into messaging the original provider of the D7 module and see if I can get permission to officially move it across to BD
Watch this space!
I went ahead and ran it through coder upgrade myself and it also worked for me.
I have not issues a full release yet, so it is not on BackdropCMS.org. But you can download and use it directly from Github.

EDIT: It is now on BackdropCMS.org
