I'd like help making a decision re. the direction for https://github.com/backdrop/backdrop-issues/issues/5637
To summarise: we have example code/templates for custom modules, themes and layouts. But we also have duplicates. So I'd like to decide on one place to store these code/templates, make sure they're up-to-date, then delete the rest.
