There were several json files in the active folder:
field.field.taxonomyextra.json...
To confirm that it is ok to be deleted, I would look in the config folder for any config files with the string taxonomyextra in.
If you don't find any, then yet it is probably safe to drop...

There is a backdrop module called Address Field that supports addresses in various countries.
You can use Feeds to import a list (such as a CSV file) into nodes, taxonomy or other entities.

I tried Feeds and importing a simple list of terms goes fine, but I can't figure out how to properly import a list like:
I tried different mapping in Taxonomy term processor, but it didn't go right.
