Make sure the theme is set as the default and that the template override is named correctly. Also, try placing print.tpl.php inside /themes/lumi/templates/print/. If it still doesn’t work, check if the module has a specific way of handling template overrides.

Thank alexjordanpro
trying any path on my default theme, using lumi (https://backdropcms.org/project/lumi)

  • /themes/lumi/templates/print/print.tpl.php
  • /themes/lumi/templates/print.tpl.php
  • /themes/lumi/print/print.tpl.php
  • /themes/lumi/print.tpl.php

all paths ignored and still call /modules/print/print.tpl.php

according to devel module
<!-- FILE NAME SUGGESTIONS:
  * print--html--node----.tpl.php
  * print--html--node--.tpl.php
  * print--html.tpl.php
  * print--node----.tpl.php
  * print--node--.tpl.php
  x print.tpl.php
-->

but not work.

/themes/lumi/templates/print/

same result, not working

alexjordanpro: what do you mean by "contact support"? There is no official Backdrop support. The forum is where people ask and answer questions. Bugs can also be reported in the issue queue.

silvykumalasari, I'm glad that this is working for you now.
