That's very strange @Jose, do you have any browser extensions that might be causing the change of link color? Have you tried a different browser to see if the problem is the same?
There are a few ways to achieve the outcome, but it does depend on how you want the page displayed.

I had this problem with the Views Bootstrap Module.
Apparently, the Bootstrap theme conflicts with the admin theme.
