Webform conditionals - a limit on how many?

Is there a limit on how many conditionals a webform can have in Backdrop?  After adding the 18th, clicking the + button for another does nothing.   From googling this, it doesn't seem there's a limit  in Drupal, but maybe that's Drupal 8+
